Working in your comfort zone while providing knowledge and skills to people requires several techniques. Knowledge and skills about a particular subject is of course a requirement to deliver a specific course or training. Not knowing how to transfer your knwoledge to the students would break down the quality of your training. In some situations students will not become competent as they were not able to absorb your knowledge and understand your skills. Quality of our products

All products of exosfeer are created and approved by our psychologist Marsha Tiessen who has studied at the Amsterdam University in the direction of trainers practicum, trainers psychology, social psychology and didactical values. Her Master of Science was received for research in social skills and assessment for trainers education.
